I'm an engineer. I take the messiest problems in a business and turn them into systems that work. Sometimes that's AI and automation. Sometimes it's direct mail. Sometimes it's connecting two tools nobody wired together. I've done it for my own real estate portfolio and for the operators and teams I work with, and now I do it through two companies.

About
I take things apart to see how they work.
I wanted to be an inventor as a kid. I took my toys apart to see how they worked, then tried to put them back together, usually badly. That never went away.
I studied industrial and operations engineering at Michigan because I wanted to understand how whole systems move, not just one piece. I spent 15 years building products for complex businesses, including a stretch as a director of product in fintech where I was pushing to pilot AI back in 2022.
Alongside that I built a real estate portfolio on nights and weekends. Running both taught me the same lesson twice: the businesses that scale have real systems underneath the hustle. So now I build those systems for other people.
